Nancy Healey is the Commissioner for Employers and as an independent appointment her role is to represent employers at the Canada Employment Insurance Commission which oversees the Employment Insurance System including Labour market development funds and the TFW program from the perspective of the of Jobs and Families.

 This is your opportunity to share your voice and help shape the national conversation around labour shortages. Together, we’ll explore the unique challenges and strengths of doing business in the Bow Valley, a better understanding of the impact that the labour shortages are having on businesses, and the vital role newcomers play in supporting our local economy. Your insights will help inform policy and strengthen the message on what businesses truly need to thrive.
