Whether it's the blazer that makes you feel like a boss, the dress that you love but never get to wear, or refined denim with a distinguished top, choose something that makes you feel confident and comfortable.
Sparkles, sequins, metallics, and bling are encouraged!

5:55pm - Guests Take Their Seats

6:00pm - Opening Remarks, Dinner, and Awards Service

The awards service will take place during dinner. Complimentary wine will be available at the tables (limited quantities available), and the cash bar will remain open during this time.

Networking will follow the awards program

Last call: 10:15pm

Doors close: 10:45pm

Finalized agenda and full details will be sent to all registered guests by November 9.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund, which will be processed through our event registration system. Any payment processing fees charged by the registration platform to process a refund are the responsibility of the registrant and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. No-shows are also not eligible for refunds.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying the Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce at least 48 hours prior to the event. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated due to event preparation requirements. While we will make every effort to update the registration, dietary requests or other accommodations for substitute attendees cannot be guaranteed due to catering and event planning deadlines.

Any financial arrangements related to a transferred registration are the responsibility of the original registrant and the substitute attendee. The Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for facilitating payments or reimbursements between individuals.
