How Resilience and Reducing Bias Unlocks Capital: A Women in Business Workshop

June 8, 2026 (5:30 PM - 9:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Join us for an engaging session that blends personal story, research, and practical reflection on how resilience and unconscious bias can influence business growth and opportunity.

Bontu Galataa will share insights from her own journey and explore how "grit" shows up as a real strength in business, how unconscious bias can appear in professional settings, and what we can do to better recognize and work with it.

You’ll leave with space to reflect on your own business through a short, guided exercise designed to prompt new thinking around readiness, confidence, and growth.
